INDEPENDENCE OF THE SEAS - CHOPS STEAK HOUSE

INTERIOR IS SIMILAR TO MORTONS OR RUTH CHRIS
CHOPS STEAK HOUSE
INDEPENDENCE OF THE SEAS

For a $30 per person cover charge you can dine at Chops Steak House aboard Independence of the Seas.  This is an upscale Steak House similar to a Morton's or Ruth Chris on land.  The $30 allows you to order as many appetizers, sides, entree's and desserts as you can possibly stomach.  Want two steaks and five appetizers?  Order them up and they will be served with no questions asked.  When we were trying to decide on what sides to order, the waiter simply said she would bring one of each.  While the $30 is a bit expensive for a cruise ship cover charge, we found the service and food to be excellent at Chops Steak House.  I had the 10 oz Filet.  It was just enough meat for me and cooked perfectly medium  rare.  Enjoyed a nice French wine and some great desserts this evening.
