PASTA WITH SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS
DINNER AT HOME
Needed to come up with a Pasta dish that did not include meat or chicken. Broke into the freezer and found some Scallops and Shrimp. Grilled the Scallops and Shrimp and served them up with pasta in a light tomato and basil sauce. This dish was simple and delicious.
