Enjoyed several meals at the Clubhouse at the Ross Bridge Golf Resort. The staff here was excellent. Always polite, friendly and smiling. Enjoyed one of the best if not THE best meals of my Alabama trip here. The fresh Flounder with Fingerling Potatoes and Broccoli was superb. The fish was cooked to perfection and seasoned so it had great flavor. Loved everything on the plate. On two visits we enjoyed and devoured the Chili Nachos. These things are good. Really good. Added a bunch of Jalapeños and we could not stop eating them. Think it is the delicious Chili that makes these so good. On another day I enjoyed the RTJ Clubhouse Sandwich. It was not bad. I asked the waitress on two occasions to make sure I had all Romaine Lettuce because I cannot stand the purple and black lettuce all restaurants now serve. Both times I was accommodated with a smile. Appreciated that. I ordered a steak the last night at Ross Bridge but really did not like the Crawfish Butter placed on top. The steak however was cooked to perfection.
