BREAKFAST AT HOME
Wanted to make something different for my Daughter and her girlfriend who spent the night. Had lots of Turkey leftover from Thanksgiving so Turkey Eggs Benedict came to my mind. We had some potatoes that needed to be used so I decided to use Hash Browns as the base in place of an English Muffin.
Worked out well and the girls loved it!
