Just off the Strip in Las Vegas is a great breakfast joint called Blueberry. We were taken there by a frequent visitor to Las Vegas who makes it a point to have breakfast here every time he visits. The portions are huge and the prices are really reasonable. Huge portions, great prices and really good quality and flavor. I had a Mexican Skillet Breakfast that had two eggs atop layers of tortilla chips, hash browns and chorizo sausage. This one one of the best breakfast dishes I have ever tasted. Did not even put a dent in the skillet. There was just too much food for one person.
