DONATION TO THE JAPAN RELIEF FUND

KELI DONATES $1176.00 TO THE JAPAN RELIEF FUND!

We were watching news coverage of the Japan Earthquake disaster when Keli told us that she did not want a birthday party or presents.  She said that the people in Japan need things more than her.  "I have enough stuff" she said.  Keli was serious.  We quizzed her several times to make sure she really wanted her birthday to be dedicated to the victims of the Japanese Earthquake.  She would not waiver on her decision.  What to do?  Well, we told all the people coming to her birthday party that instead of bringing a present for Keli, they could make a donation to the American Red Cross Japan Relief Fund.  Keli's party raised $1176.00 in donations.  Keli was so happy and proud to deliver the cash and checks to the local American Red Cross office in Honolulu.  Our thanks to everyone who attended Keli's party and contributed.
