LINGUINE WITH LANGOUSTINES AND BACON

LINGUINE WITH LANGOUSTINES,
BACON AND SHALLOTS.
DINNER AT HOME

Enjoyed a nice dish of Linguine Pasta with Langoustines, Bacon and Shallots.  Topped with fresh basil and Parmesan Cheese.  Sauce included white wine, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, shallots and crushed red pepper flakes.  Added a little lemon zest for a kick.  This was pretty good pasta dish.
