A visit to Seattle would not be complete without a trip to Pike Place Market. I love strolling the crowded aisles looking at the wonders from the land and sea. From fresh fish to fresh flowers it is all here in abundance. As I look over the fresh seafood, I can only dream of being able to buy one of everything and taking it home to cook or grill. With no kitchen in the hotel room we can only dream of the great flavors from the Pacific Northwest.
