STEELHEAD DINER - SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

STEELHEAD DINER
SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

Enjoyed a relaxing lunch at the Steelhead Diner just above Pike Place Market.  I saw this thing called Caviar Pie ($16.95) on the menu and just had to try it.  Visually it was beautiful and it taste great too.  Eggs are used as the crust and then they are topped with creme cheese and three kinds of Caviar.  Served with red onion, capers and toast.  Decadent and delicious.  I just loved this dish.  The Chicken Spring Rolls ($8.95) were not my favorite but it looked really good.  Enjoyed a nice glass of champagne with the caviar.  Pretty nice lunch.
