STEAK AND LOBSTER
DINNER AT HOME 

We had a business associate join us for dinner and my lovely bride really out did herself.  She whipped up a steak and lobster feast that would rival any fine dining restaurant in Hawaii.  We started with a platter of fresh Island Poke.  Kim Chee Tako Poke (squid) and Ahi Poke.  Picked this up at Foodland Farms who really has the best Poke in town.  We then enjoyed a light and fresh Caesar Salad topped with fresh avocado and a large shrimp wrapped in bacon.  The main course featured a nice size lobster tail and beef filet that was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Under the steak sat a nice portion of purple mashed potatoes with roasted garlic.  Fresh asparagus and carrots completed the dinner.  For dessert we had a wonderful apple tart perched on top of Maui's famous Roselani Hawaiian Vanilla Bean Ice Creme.  Wow....this was heaven!
