Customers on Guam recommended we take them to the VIP House Chinese Restaurant which was very close to their offices. Located in the Pacific Bay Hotel, the VIP House serves up a pretty good lunch buffet that concludes with unlimited ice cream that you serve yourself. The Pacific Bay Hotel is pretty run down and needs some work. The lobby and adjacent sitting area are not air conditioned and they keep many of the lights off to save energy and keep the place cooler. After walking through the lobby you enter the VIP House. The restaurant is clean and air conditioned. The small buffet consists of several chinese dishes, fish, soups, salad bar and several large bins of ice cream. I enjoyed a nice salad, sweet and sour pork and beef broccoli. All were good. There was a dipping sauce that I took to the table. Filled with onions and chiles. It was the bomb! Great flavor. I put it on everything. Could have drank a gallon of this stuff. Will be working on getting the name and recipe for this great sauce.

Hi Drew: Just curious, what is that white item on the plate just to the right of the salad/corn? Can't tell if it is rolled up fish filet or Chinese rice cake. Thanks!
