Traveling down the Northern California Coast and we see a sign for a Garlic Shoppe.  I just had to pop in to pick up a few items for Thanksgiving dinner.  We pulled into an empty parking lot and entered the large store that was also empty except for a single employee working behind the cash register.  It took her awhile to acknowledge us but when she did the adventure began.  I asked what was good and she brought us around to a small table and opened the lid.  Inside were samples of most everything in the shop.  She said we had to try the Pickled Garlic so we did.  Wow...not garlicky at all.  Nice garlic flavor but not overpowering.  Sold!  We moved onto several olives stuffed with garlic and hot peppers. I tried the Garlic Jalapeno and Garlic Habenero olives.  Sold!  Then came the Garlic Tortilla Chips with Garlic Psycho Hot Salsa.  Sold!.  The Garlic Pistachios were great.  Sold!  You must try the Garlic Dude Dust she said.  "It is our best seller".  Tried the dust and Sold!  The only thing I did not try is the Garlic Ice Cream.  It was just too early and I had no desire for ice cream.  Looking back now, I wish I would have tried the Garlic Ice Cream just for the heck of it.  We also bought fresh garlic and probably other things that I forgot.  We arrived at our Thanksgiving Dinner with enough garlic products for a year.   Turns out not too many people liked garlic at our family dinner.  I dug into the treats with abandon and loved it.  Everyone else went for the carrots, celery and ranch dip.

I WENT IN FOR THE ICE CREAM BUT PULLED BACK WITH NOTHING.
DID NOT HAVE THE TASTE FOR GARLIC ICE CREAM ON THIS MORNING

CASHIER OPENED THE LID ON SOME GREAT TASTING SAMPLES.

VEGETABLES AND EVERYTHING ELSE DURING THANKSGIVING
