MOON'S HOT KOREAN BBQ SAUCE

TASTE TEST AT HOME

MOON'S HOT KOREAN BBQ SAUCE

I received a nice email from a gentlemen named Christopher Moon.  Chris asked me to try his century old family recipe for Korean BBQ Sauce.  I emailed him back and said I would love to try his family recipe.  Within 48 hours Chris was at my office personally delivering a bottle of the sauce.  I requested the "Hot" version and believe me, it was hot.  Hotter than I expected but that is exactly what I wanted.  We tried the sauce on chicken first.  Marinated the chicken and then cooked it on the BBQ.  The chicken was glistening with the sauce when I put it on the plate.  The entire family liked the chicken but  we really enjoyed the sauce more when we marinated thinly sliced rib eye steaks with the sauce and then grilled them on the BBQ.  The flavor of the sauce and spice really married well with the rib eye.  Please give Moon's Hot Korean BBQ Sauce a try.  You can go to their Kickstarter page to view a video and help launch this small family owned business.   Here is the email that led me to this great sauce.  Click on the Kickstarter link to help sales of Moon's BBQ Sauce to the moon!  Mahalo Chris.
Aloha Mr. Santos,

I am releasing my family Kalbi sauce that many believe is the best they've ever tried. It comes in both "traditional" and "hot". In our efforts to get it off the ground, my partner and I have launched a Kickstarter page at http://kck.st/UQmhdZ in order to raise funds for bottling, labels, ingredients, and all the costs associated with this type of business. This Kickstarter could use many more hits and I know that if people knew about it, they would pledge. I was hoping that, if we were able to get you a free sample of the sauces to try yourself, that you could maybe write a little something on it in your blog directing people to the Kickstarter page. It would be great if you could check out my video at the Kickstarter link above and if this is something you would be interested in doing, please let me know.

Thank you for your time!

Christopher Moon

Moon's Korean BBQ Sauces is a variation of a century-old family recipe passed along from generation to generation within the Moon family.  When Christopher Moon was a little boy his grandmother would take him into the kitchen to teach him how to cook using the family's traditional recipes. Over the years he experimented with the recipe perfecting it to his own taste one ingredient at a time.  Having a love for hot foods he even created a spicy version of his family's traditional sauce which has been a huge hit with spicy food lovers. He has introduced it at numerous bbq's and anyone who tastes it can't get enough... it's always the first thing to go. Now with the encouragement of family and friends we would like to introduce you to Moon's Sauce.
Moon's Korean BBQ Sauce is a marinade that comes in two scrumptious flavors, Traditional and Hot.
