After eating the worst breakfast burrito ever we walked directly across the street to the Kountry Style Kitchen which is an institution on the Island of Kauai.  The Kountry Kitchen is always packed especially during the early morning hours.  Tourists and locals alike love this place making it a huge success.  Be prepared to wait in line as there are always lines here.  The staff is nice and seats you as soon as space clears.  We were seated in the way back near the kitchen.  Not bad at all.  I ordered the half order of Eggs Benedict ($10).  Really good hollandaise sauce and great hash browns.
