GRILLED STRIPED MARLIN - DINNER AT HOME

 GRILLED STRIPED MARLIN
DINNER AT HOME

Still trying to eat healthier and reduce fat and calories.  Our local supermarket had some really fresh looking Marlin that was labeled "Auction Fresh".  This caught my eye because I love fresh local fish.  At $8.99 per pound this was much less than Mahi Mahi or the Ono we enjoyed on another night.  The 1.3 pound portion for $11.78 was enough to feed our family of three so our entire meal was around $18.  Grilled the Marlin on an Indoor Grill Pan and served it with some Tandoori rice and sautéed carrots, baby bok choy and bean sprouts.  Great low fat dinner that was delicious!
