After three days of steak dinners and a big plate of Texas BBQ, I was dreaming of some good Tex-Mex food while at the airport in Dallas. Low and behold there was a Cantina. Turns out the same family that owns Papa Bros. Steakhouse owns a whole lot of other eateries in Dallas. One is Pappasito's Cantina in Terminal A at DFW Airport. We were greeted by two of the cutest little Texas gals who were all smiles. They quickly sat us and moved on. Our waitress then appeared and she was just as smily as the hostess. A guy came by to bring us water and he was smiling. This place has service down perfectly. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job and truly understand the importance of customer service. Whoever is training and managing the staff here should get some free tacos. No make that tequila shots. Great job!!!! Wish I could say the same about the food. Salsa was bland and the tacos were ground beef. Pretty basic Taco Bell type.
