AMERICAN AIRLINES - DALLAS TO FRANKFURT, GERMANY

AMERICAN AIRLINES
DALLAS TO FRANKFURT, GERMANY

Cashed in a boat load of American miles to get upgraded to First Class from Dallas to Frankfurt, Germany.  This was worth every mile and the depletion of my miles account.  The service was incredible with the Flight Attendants being attentive to our every need.  They always smiled, called us by name and kept the wine and champagne flowing for the entire 10 hour flight.  American has this one right.  The staff even came to every customer and gave us a handshake and then tanked us for our business.  Is air travel coming back again with great customer service.  It is on American flights to Frankfurt if you are lucky enough to get an upgrade or can afford First Class.  The airline provides a nice bag of toiletries, personal headphones from Bose, slippers, magazines, newspapers and a Samsung Tablet that is loaded with a ton of new and hit movies.  I watched three new releases during our 10 hour flight to Germany.  Dinner service was good but my entree was terrible.  I ordered the Halibut and it was cold, hard and like a piece of rubber.  Could not eat it.  Probably the worst airline meal ever.
