Enjoyed a nice plate of pasta with clams and garlic bread. This is pretty much the perfect meal for me. Love pasta, love clams and love garlic. This recipe is full of garlic in a light sauce that really delivers some flavor. I use a combination of canned clams and fresh clams. You can do the same dish at home using all canned clams and there is not much difference in taste. The fresh clams add some flavor to the broth and are meaty but canned clams are just fine.
