LA FONDA BEAN AND CHEESE TACOS
DINNER AT HOME
I have a buddy who lives in Arizona. He surprised me on a recent visit to Hawaii and brought a cooler filled with ice and La Fonda Tacos, Burritos and Tortillas. The Bean Burritos were amazingly good once thawed and cooked in the microwave. We tried the Bean and Cheese Tacos which are really Rolled Tacos. Thought they were good but really needed to add more beans to the Taco. Could only taste the tortilla in most bites. If these little babies could just have more filling they would be really good. Enjoyed them though and kicked them up with a little fresh Guacamole and Pico.
