So happy to see a Mexican Restaurant at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando. Dropped in for lunch during a business conference and was quite pleased with the service and food. We shared the Baja Lobster and Crab Guacamole with Chips ($18). This huge dish of Guacamole was filled with lots of large chunks of Crab and Lobster. So much so that it filled me up and I did not have much room for the Tacos I ordered. This was probably one of the best Guacamoles I have ever tasted. If you like Crab and Lobster than this is the dish for you. The $18 price is not bad when you consider how much seafood is in the bowl. Tons of it. Literally a meal unto itself. My Taco Trio ($14) was good but I could not stop going back to the Guacamole with all that Crab and Lobster. Ate until I was so full and there was still a lot of seafood in the bowl. Service here was great. Our gal was bright, friendly and cheerful.
