4TH OF JULY BBQ

4TH OF JULY BBQ
DINNER AT HOME

Decided to go All American for this year's 4th of July BBQ.  Burgers, Hot Dogs and Ribs were on my menu along with as much local ingredients as possible.  

PORK AND VEGETABLE GYOZA AND PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED PEARS
I MADE ALL THE SIDE DISHES AND DID THE COOKING
HOMEMADE COLE SLAW
LOCAL WAIALUA BAKED POTATO SALAD WITH  GARLIC, EGG, CELERY AND DILL
GRILLED SWEET KAHUKU CORN
KICKED UP BEANS WITH JALAPENO, ONION AND BACON
LOCAL WATERMELON
BBQ RIBS
BURGERS AND DOGS ON THE BBQ
PROBABLY THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER MADE AT HOME.  ALMOST AS GOOD AS
 IN N' OUT BURGER
