WHOLE FOODS MULTIGRAIN PIZZA DOUGH

WHOLE FOODS MULTIGRAIN PIZZA DOUGH
DINNER AT HOME

Enjoyed some really delicious pizza at home using Whole Foods Multigrain Pizza Dough.  The pizza tasted fantastic and was better than most pizza you can buy in Hawaii restaurants or from a frozen box. The dough yielded two 13" pizzas with a fairly thin crust.  We rolled the dough out and then placed it on a 13" pizza stone.  Highly recommend using Bertolli Tomato and Basil Sauce for the base.  Topped half of the pizza with Mozzarella, Parmesan, Pepperoni and finely diced garlic.  The other half got all that plus Red Onion and JalapeƱo.  Cooked the pizza at 400 degrees for around 18 minutes.  This gave us a nice crunch without overcooking the toppings.  Entire family loved this pizza and the total cost for all ingredients was less than $20.  Nice pizza at home for $10 each.
