Absolutely loved my dinner at Fishbones in Orlando. Food and service were both fantastic. We started with the Cold Seafood Platter with King Crab, Oysters and Stone Crab. The Stone Crab was so sweet and delicious. Wow...my new favorite but I still love King Crab immensely. The House Salad that is included with the entree was delicious. Crisp and chilled lettuce with a Olive Vinaigrette that was light and refreshing. Really good salad. For my entree, I went for the local Florida Grouper topped with Lump Crab and a Lemon Buerre Blanc. I chose Orzo for my side. The Orzo was cooked perfectly and so good when paired with the fish. The Grouper was also very good and the King Crab put this fish dish over the top. Absolutely delicious! Loved it. What a great meal with some great company. Dinners like this that are simple, fresh and quality are hard to find but Fishbones gets it right in Orlando.
