Carbone - simply stated this place "rocks". Some of the best Italian food I have ever tasted. Loved the food and service. Was difficult to get a table here even though we were guests of the hotel. Restaurant was booked solid from opening til closing on this day so we showed up early and sat at the bar. Bar service was exceptional with the Bartender well versed in the full menu and dedicated to providing the highest level of service. Did not feel like we were eating at the bar as service was just as good as a table. Food was remarkable with everything tasting great. Highly recommend the Baked Clams. The Uni Clams are the best and next time I will try to get all nine pieces like this. Absolutely loved the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka Pasta. Fresh homemade pasta with a perfectly spicy sauce that was difficult to stop eating. It was the bomb! Cannot say enough good about Carbone. So good in fact that I have already booked my reservation for dinner here in July.
