I love strolling the streets of cities without a plan or schedule.  Just walk around and take everything in and hopefully find a good place to eat.  Got lucky finding Cafe Norden as it turned out to be a great spot for breakfast.  Sitting here was very relaxing.  People do not seemed to be rushed in Copenhagen.  In fact it is downright slow paced.  For someone like me who never eats breakfast and is in the office around 4:00 am each day this was a real treat.  To sit back, sip a cup of coffee and enjoy really good food with no schedule or place to be was special.  Oh...you don't know how special this felt.  I ordered the Norden's Brunch (DKK 210.00) plus an extra DKK 50.00 for glass of Champagne.  Surprised to see the Eggs and Bacon served in a glass but the flavor of these Eggs was kickin.  Probably some of the best Eggs I have ever tasted.  Very light and perfectly cooked and seasoned.  My Daughter loved the Cheeses on this platter and the Wife thought that the Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese was fantastic.  Everything on the plate was good and the Carrot Cake was incredible.  The Avocado with Soft Boiled Egg (DKK 85.00) was a plate of beauty.  What a great presentation and the flavors were perfect.  Eggs were pure perfection.
