THE CHURCH OF THE SAVIOR ON SPILLED BLOOD
ST. PETERSBURG, RUSSIA
The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood was built on the site of the March 1881 murder of Emperor Alexander II. The church was built in the fashion of the 16th century Moscow region churches in accordance with he designs of architect Alfred Parland.
