The Grand Hyatt New York is centrally located right at the Grand Central Terminal. Location was good but I cannot say that I would want to stay here again. Just did not like the feel of the common areas. Room was great. Nice size, clean and comfortable. Staff really did not impress me as this is a very busy hotel and individual service is not something they excel at. No complaints though. Just might want to check out something different next time.
