PETRALE SOLE FILLET WITH VEGETABLES

PETRALE SOLE FILLET WITH VEGETABLES
DINNER AT HOME

I have been using variations of this recipe since I was in my twenties.  Works with pretty much any fish and you can include vegetables that you like or have in the refrigerator.  This was the first time I tried Petrale Sole.  It is a flaky white fish that has a bit of a fishy taste.  Not my favorite fish.  Would have rather used Mahi Mahi but it was around $30 per pound at Whole Foods.

ASSEMBLED UP SOME NICE VEGGIES AND HERBS
PETRALE SOLE FILLET WAS $13.99 PER POUND WHILE OTHER FISH WAS $29-$32 PER POUND

WRAP UP THE FISH TIGHTLY
PLACE ON GRILL OR IN OVEN FOR ABOUT 12-15 MINUTES
