Reading some of the Best of Denver posts online and found a lot of rave reviews for Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs. Decided to give it a try and went for the Elk Jalapeño Cheddar Dog ($7.50). The Dog was grilled nicely but was a bit chewy. Could not really taste the Jalapeño or Cheddar in the Dog. I did like the condiment bar where you can add fresh onions, jalapeños and peppers. These are pretty big Dogs with a lot of bun. Too much bun for me. My friend got the Reindeer Dog ($9) and said it was just ok. The Mac n' Cheese ($3) sticks were pretty good. Probably would not return to Biker Jim's. Would prefer a good old standard beef hot dog.
