What a great time sitting at the counter at Fishbone Kitchen drinking a glass of wine and enjoying dishes served up by the owner Dan. Dan just kept the food coming and believe me it was fresh and delicious. Loved everything we tried and was blown away by the fresh Shrimp that were actually moving on the plate. Does not get fresher than this. After we ate the raw Shrimp, Dan took the plate back to the kitchen and brought out the heads and eggs after searing them with a torch. OMG the eggs and head were amazing. Best part of the meal for sure. I loved the fresh Poke here and just enjoyed this time so much with my buddies. Eating, drinking, people watching and laughing.
Not a bad afternoon that included a stroll through Liberty Station Market that includes dozens of restaurants and shops. They have a great bar here too.
