Totally disappointed in a terribly expensive meal at DB Bistro and Oyster Bar by Chef Daniel Boulud. This was an incredibly overpriced lunch that was pretty basic. While the salads were fresh and good the price was high for what you got. The Cavatelle Bolognese Pasta was pretty bland and not well liked by all three people at our table. I just had to give the $45 DB Burger a try to see if it was any where near worth $45. Even with the Foie Gras and Short Ribs, this burger was pretty tasteless. Truly lacked flavor and was terribly undercooked. I ordered the burger Medium Rare and it came to the table almost raw. I split the Burger with my Wife and neither one of us finished our half.
Would not recommend or order this Burger again and probably would not dine here again unless someone else was picking up the tab.
