Any trip to Oahu and the North Shore must include a stop at Giovanni's Shrimp Truck. Truly one of the tastiest things on the Island. I have been visiting this truck for over 30 years and it just does not get old. I absolutely LOVE their hot sauce which I order on the side rather than mixed with the Shrimp. When you order the Hot and Spicey with sauce it is just too hot for me to handle. The hot sauce is addicting and I often tip big to get extra to take home. I pour the hot sauce all over the Garlic Rice too. There are now several other food trucks and stands next to Giovanni's. I recommend the Corn on the Cobb but service there has been crazy slow. You will have to wait in line at Giovanni's but it goes pretty fast and is worth the wait.
