DINNER AT HOME

When I saw this enormous Tomahawk Ribeye at Sam's Club for $34 I just had to buy it.  Wasn't craving meat but just thought it was a great deal as we paid over $100 for a Tomahawk Ribeye at a local restaurant recently.  Simply coated the Ribeye with Salt, Pepper and a bit of Brown Sugar.  Seared all sides on a very hot skillet and then finished in the oven at 450 degrees for ten minutes.  Perfectly cooked medium rare steak in just minutes.  Tasted delicious and our family of three did not even put a dent in this steak.  Had leftovers for days.  While I prefer the taste of a small Filet, this was a great steak for the price.  Fun to look at too!
