Thought the Machaca Con Huevos was good at Chapala. The Shredded Beef Taco was horrible.
Stopped in during our visit to Eugene around 11:00 AM. Thought I would go with a semi breakfast meal and ordered the Machaca Plate ($12.25). Made up some little Burritos using the Flour Tortillas and they were not bad. Service was good.
