First let me start off by saying we are not big Dim Sum eaters. I like a few variations especially the ones in China that are filled with broth. That said, we hated Tim Ho Wan. Hard to believe this is a Michelin Star and World famous franchise but what do I know about Dim Sum? We tried a lot of dishes in the hopes of finding some that would satisfy. The only one that I really liked and would order again is the Steamed Fish with Pineapple. This dish was fantastic and delicious. The flagship Dim Sum here is the Baked BBQ Pork Buns. The bun was like eating sand. So grainy and it fell all over the place. But then again, what do I know about Dim Sum?
