 Now this is a scoop.  Da Kitchen which originally started on the Island of Maui has opened a small takeout kitchen at the John Burns School of Medicine in Kakaako.  They are only opened a few days a week at the time of this writing but should be in full gear soon.  Open for lunch only and serving prepared and Daily Specials that are really good.  I ordered the Teriyaki Salmon and it was served up in seconds and so delicious.  Really outstanding flavor.  Price was around $10.  This is a nice addition to the Kakaako dining scene and I cannot wait for them to be open 5 days a week.
