In preparation for our trip to Israel, I watched some YouTube videos of places to see and eat. This place was featured in one of the videos and I just had to find it. With the help of our guide we found this little restaurant tucked away in one of the alleys if Old Jerusalem. It as just like the video with the cook preparing Hummus the old way and by hand. I am not a big lover of Hummus but this was pretty good. Everything here is so fresh. Takes a little while to get your food but everything is home made using the freshest local ingredients. Thought it was pretty good food,
