KOREAN DMZ - SOUTH, KOREA

KOREAN DMZ
SOUTH KOREAN BORDER

Incredible day visiting the Korean DMZ.  To be so close to North Korea and learn more about the conflict between the North and South was amazing experience.  From what I could tell, South Korea wants to unify the two countries again and have in fact built a new train station with customs and immigration facilities ready to go when that day comes.  Right now the city with the rail station seems empty but I can see the day when it is busy with families from the North and South coming together to build better lives and a safer nation.  We went into deep tunnels that the North built to invade the South.  At least four main tunnels have been found capable of putting 30,000 soldiers into South Korea within hours.
