Enjoyed a quick breakfast at Longhi's Wailea. Ordered the Lobster Benedict but the waitress informed me that they were out of Lobster. Went for the Traditional Benedict ($17.50) and was surprised to see it was served on Toast. There was a large slice of Canadian Bacon on the Toast and the Eggs were cooked perfectly. Pretty good flavor but I did not like having Toast. Prefer the English Muffin. Service was good and it was nice to sit outside on the patio with perfect Maui weather.
