My Wife has perfected the World Famous Giovanni's Shrimp Truck recipe and we now cook our version at home.  Pretty much the same great taste you get at the truck in Kahuku.  Only thing missing is the Hot Sauce.  Not to worry.  When we visit the original truck on the North Shore, I tip the cashier big and request extra hot sauce.  Always come home with enough for many servings of shrimp.  In my mind you just gotta have the original Giovanni's Hot Sauce to make this dish perfect.
