SOMEWHERE IN SAN DIEGO
I have been eating and loving Rubio's Fish Tacos for over 30 years. We used to go to the very first location near San Diego State University back when all they served was Fish Tacos. They were cheap and so delicious then and are a memory I will never forget. Fast forward to today and there are dozens of Rubio's all over and the menu has expanded to include all things Mexican. On this visit I stayed to my roots and just had the Fish Tacos with Beans and Rice. So delicious!
