We were excited to visit Quiora at The Ritz Carlton Residences. Saw a nice write up on the food and it looked and sounded delicious. First off we loved our table which sat above the swimming pool and overlooked Waikiki. The evening was perfect for outdoor dining and the staff here made us feel comfortable. Service was great throughout our meal. We started with the Burrata served with toasted bread. It was just ok and not something I would order again. Next up was the Polpetone which is an $18 Braised Pork Meatball. Again just ok but it did go well with the Burrata. The Caesar Salad was a disappointment. We did not care for the dressing which was creamy and maybe mayonnaise based. The Orecchietti Carbonara did not seem authentic according to my Wife. Tasted like it had a cream based sauce. The Chef's Pasta was Lasagna so we tried that too. It was not bad but nothing I would come back for. While we loved the location and service, the food here missed the mark.
