Visiting Newton Food Centre or another food court is a must when visiting Singapore. You really need to try some of the local food that will make you a lover of Singapore and want to return just for the food. Newton is famous for its great location and appearance in the movie Crazy Rich Asians. We stopped in during the afternoon where it is less busy than the evenings. Had to try some Chili Crab which is one of our favorite meals in Singapore. But after this visit we may like Pepper Crab even better. Food here is excellent and the people were friendly. Tough to pick where to eat because many of the stalls serve the same items. We went with what looked good and clean and was not disappointed with any of our choices.
