DINNER AT HOME

This is one of the families favorite meals.  Pork Chops marinated in Mama Sita's sauce with Finadene dipping sauce on the side.  The taste of the pork, marinade and spicy sauce explodes in your mouth leaving you wanting another bite.  Believe me this is good.  Really good.  We pick up the Mama Sita's marinade at a Filipino food store in Waipahu.  It is worth the drive because this is the perfect marinade for BBQ Pork Chops.  The Finadene Sauce takes the flavor to another level and is PERFECT with the marinade and a little rice.

SOY SAUCE, VINEGAR AND A TOUCH OF BROWN SUGAR FOR THE FINADENE SAUCE

JUST ABOUT A TEASPOON OF BROWN SUGAR

GARLIC, SHALLOTS, THAI CHILI PEPPERS AND CELERY
