ITALIAN SAUSAGE, ONIONS AND PEPPERS SANDWICH
LUNCH AT HOME
Still under construction at the house so I made the contractors working today Sausage, Onion and Peppers Sandwiches. Wow..these were so good. I put Butter and Garlic Spread on the Rolls and toasted them under the broiler. Added a little Tomato Paste and Red Wine Vinegar to the vegetables and since we had some Mushrooms, I added them too. Topped with some fresh Mozzarella Cheese.

ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, GARLIC, MUSHROOMS, SALT, PEPPER AND OREGANO. ADD A LITTLE
TOMATO PASTE AND RED WINE VINEGAR AND MIX IT ALL UP |
