RASTELLI RIB EYE STEAK DINNER

DINNER AT HOME

I bought ten Rastelli Rib Eye Steaks after watching them on QVC.  They looked so delicious on tv so I went for it.  When ordering I was told the item had sold out but I could be on a back order list.  I clicked ok and thought it would be months before the steaks arrived.  To my surprise, the steaks arrived the next week in a insulated container and dry ice.  10 beautiful Rib Eyes that I thought would last us for months as we don't eat a lot of steak.  I had two steaks thawed and ready for dinner when my Daughter asked if two friends could join us for dinner.  I said sure and grabbed two more steaks from the fridge.  My Wife cooked them with her magical seasoning and we enjoyed this great dinner on the lanai.  I paired the steak with oven Roasted Potatoes with Onions, Mushrooms and lots of Garlic along with some fresh vegetables.

Wow....one of the best steak dinners of my life.  Really was perfect.
