SPICY ASIAN CHICKEN WITH POTATO STACKS

DINNER AT HOME

Made a delicious Asian Chicken in the Air Fryer.  Marinated the chicken in Soy Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Honey, Sriracha Sauce, Garlic Powder, Dried Thyme, Salt, Pepper and some Hawaiian spices.  Cooked in Air Fryer for 14 minutes and turned the chicken after 7 minutes. Cannot believe how brown and crispy the chicken came out.  Topped with a little more of the marinade that I heated and reduced, Sesame Seeds and Green Onion.  I made Potato Stacks after seeing them served on a television show.  Cut the Potatoes and then tossed in Butter, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, Dried Thyme and Parmesan Cheese.  Stacked them in a muffin pan and baked at 375 for 30 minutes.  I will cook longer next time to get them a little more crisp.
This was a beautiful and delicious meal that was not expensive at all.
