SHRIMP AND PORK GYOZA

 DINNER AT HOME

My Wife makes the BEST Gyoza.  She takes her time dicing all of the ingredients so the Gyoza are filled with great texture and flavors.  She also makes an incredible dipping sauce that is bursting with flavor and a hint of heat.  She even cooks the Gyoza perfectly with a lightly crunchy bottom and soft pillowy wrap.
