CRAB STUFFED AVOCADO

DINNER AT HOME

Day 6 on our low fat and low carb diet.  Made this delicious, light and very satisfying dinner using Lumb Crab Meat.  Mixed with Onion, Tomato, Red Bell Pepper, JalapeƱo, Celery, Parsley, Cilantro, Lemon Juice and a touch of Mayonnaise and a hint of Old Bay Seasoning, Salt and Pepper.  Served on a bed of Lettuce.  Had this for lunch the next day too.  Loved it!
