I have not golfed at Oahu Country Club in what seems to be like a year.  Only one dinner here in the past year which was great and now our first Brunch in 2021.  We sat on the new terrace off the remodeled dining room.  Nice but just does not have that Country Club feel.  Food was good.  I enjoyed the Salmon without any rice and my Wife had the Oxtail Soup which she said is better than Zippy's and most other places.  Now that is a compliment from her.  Salmon was good but lacked any seasoning.  Sashimi was not as fresh and shiny red as usual.  I would probably say this is because of the holiday weekend.  The Sashimi here is usually top notch and super fresh.
